Allen -EL is an experienced professional with a strong background in business ownership, electrical systems, and operations management. As the Owner CEO of Obsidian Consulting LLC and Free Space since 2017, Allen -EL specializes in business coaching, digital marketing, lead generation, website development, and sales development. Allen -EL has also worked as a freelancer with Head Hunter, aiding individuals in job placement, and as a Residential Wireman with IBEW Local 26, focusing on the installation and maintenance of various electrical systems. Previously, Allen -EL served as Department Foreman and Labor Supervisor at Fluor Government Group and KBR, Inc. respectively, overseeing operations and labor management. Allen -EL's foundational experience includes an apprenticeship with IBEW and attaining a Six Sigma Green Belt.
