David Shawn Ruppert

David Shawn Ruppert possesses extensive experience in electrical inspection and construction. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Inspector at MBF Inspection Services, Inc., David focuses on ensuring quality assurance and compliance in major construction projects and pipeline maintenance. With over 15 years as a Journeyman and Supervisor at IBEW Local Union #32, David has collaborated with various contractors in the Husky Refinery. Previously, David held the position of LV IV Senior Lead E&I Inspection/QA-QC at Blackhawk Inspection and Consulting Inc., where responsibilities included maintaining client standards and regulatory compliance. David's background in electrical construction spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts Degree and a Certificate in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University, a business education from Rhodes State College, and a completion certificate in Electrical Trades from Apollo Career Center.
