Daniella Ballou-Aares

Daniella Ballou-Aares is an Independent Board Member at ibex and a former Advisory Partner at Dalberg. Daniella has also served as the Senior Advisor for Development to the Secretary of State from July 2012 to January 2017.

Daniella has been instrumental in securing the 193-country agreement on the Sustainable Development Goals, driving data-driven targeting of the $6bn annual global HIV budget and increasing the Secretary of State’s focus on attracting private investment to the next generation of emerging markets.

Daniella Ballou-Aares received their MBA from Harvard Business School, their MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and their BS in Operations Research from Cornell University.
