Janet M.

Janet M. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Manager - Employee Relations at ibex since July 2017, with previous roles including Assistant Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to ibex, Janet worked at STARTEK as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2015 to July 2017 and at ACCENT Marketing as a Human Resources Recruiter and Assistant Program Manager from May 2011 to April 2015. Janet holds an Executive Certification in Industrial and Employee Relations from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of the West Indies, Mona, obtained in 2005.
