Walt Karg

Walt Karg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, operational performance, and analytics. Currently serving as the Global Director of Compliance and Risk at ibex since November 2020, Karg provides strategic oversight across the organization. Previously held roles include Senior Manager of Risk & Compliance overseeing U.S. sites at ibex, and Strategic Business Unit Director of Operations Performance Management at Alorica, where Karg led the development of a global operational scorecard utilizing Microsoft PowerBi. Additional experience includes leadership positions at PRC, LLC, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on performance improvement, analytics, and team management, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Science & Statistics from Ball State University.
