Wasiq A. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at ibex since October 2013, Wasiq A. has spearheaded the Conversational AI initiative and previously held positions focusing on innovative development strategies and resource management. Prior to ibex, Wasiq A. co-founded Synapse Consulting, serving as CTO, where responsibilities included technology initiatives, emerging technology assessments, and mentoring teams.
