Stefanie (Kupersmith) Albertson

Stefanie (Kupersmith) Albertson has been working in the professional world since 1999. Stefanie began their career at CMC Consultants as an Account Executive and Recruiter. From 2001-2013, they worked at Target as an Assistant Manager, Training & Development, collaborating with managers and team members to identify training needs, enhance existing programs and develop new curriculum for a location with 500 employees. Stefanie also delivered training and development classes and motivated trainees to maximize performance. From 2013-2019, they worked at Cultural Care Au Pair as a Childcare Consultant, providing support to host families and au pairs, conducting difficult and sensitive conversations, mediating issues, and troubleshooting in a timely manner. Stefanie also coached and mentored host families and au pairs. Currently, they are the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Administrative Manager at Ibex Medical Analytics.

Stefanie (Kupersmith) Albertson attended Coaches Training Institute (CTI) from 2014 to 2015. Stefanie then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Human Resources (Concentration in Training & Development) from Loyola University Chicago between 2000 and 2002. Her Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Jewish Studies was obtained from Indiana University Bloomington between 1993 and 1997.
