Joshua L. Packer

Joshua L. Packer has a diverse work experience in the field of preclinical research and veterinary medicine. Joshua L. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ibex Preclinical Research, a leading company in experimental surgical studies. Prior to this, they worked as a Preclinical Veterinary Surgeon at Medtronic from 2017 to 2022. Joshua L. also held the position of Co-Class President at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine from 2013 to 2017. Before that, Joshua worked as a Research Technician at Ibex Preclinical Research from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they gained legislative experience as a Legislative Intern at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food in 2013.

Joshua L. Packer obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in Laboratory Animal Medicine from Washington State University in 2017.
