Grace Mok currently serves as the Executive Director at SGX RegCo, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing member and broker admissions as well as overseeing compliance with SGX Rules. Additionally, Grace is involved in developing membership rules and policies. Since 2018, Grace has also been a Senior Vice President at the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore (IBFSG) and serves as a CMFAS Exam Board Member. Prior experience includes over 22 years at SGX Group as Senior Vice President. Grace Mok holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
