Patrick Tay Teck Guan

Patrick Tay Teck Guan serves as the Assistant Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress since April 2002, contributing significantly to the Labour Movement of Singapore. A legal professional, Patrick has held various roles within the Supreme Court of Singapore and has been an Advocate & Solicitor since 2000. As an Elected Member of Parliament, Patrick has represented multiple constituencies, including Pioneer SMC and West Coast GRC. In addition to roles at the Ministry of Education as GPC Chairman, and at the Singapore Institute of Management as Board Chairman, Patrick holds leadership positions in several organizations, including the Institute of Mental Health as Chairman of the Board and UWEEI as Executive Secretary. Patrick's extensive educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the National University of Singapore.
