Brian Dobis

Brian Dobis is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and private credit. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lazear Capital Partners since November 2022, Dobis previously held a similar role at Chicago Atlantic Group from October 2021 to September 2022. Prior to these positions, Dobis was with S&T Bank for nearly six years, where responsibilities included leading the Middle Market and C&I Group as Director of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President. Earlier career highlights include senior roles at F.N.B. Corporation and National City Bank, where Dobis managed teams of commercial bankers and developed extensive portfolios focused on middle market clients across diverse industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in International Business, Political Science, and Finance from Marietta College, as well as a certificate from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
