Raphael Giovanini

Raphael Giovanini is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory frameworks. Currently serving as the Gerente de Governança Corporativa de Emissores da Sup. de Desenvolvimento de Mercado para Emissores at B3, Raphael has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Gerente de Regulação, Orientação e Enforcement de Emissores and Coordenador de Regulação, Orientação e Enforcement de Emissores. Raphael is also an active member of the Comissão Jurídica at the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC). Previous legal experience includes positions as an Advogado at JBS and BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão, as well as an Estagiário e Advogado at Bocater, Camargo, Costa e Silva, Rodrigues Advogados. Raphael holds a specialization in Direito Societário from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
