Sergio Mindlin

Sergio Mindlin has extensive experience in governance and advisory roles, currently serving as a Conselheiro de administração at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa since 2010 and holding multiple membership positions in various committees, including the CIR and the Comissão de Ética na Governança. As a consultant at Ação Responsável since 2012 and a member of the Deliberative Council at Biblioteca Brasiliana Guita e José Mindlin since 2013, Sergio contributes significantly to these organizations. A founding member of Instituto Ethos, Sergio has been a Conselheiro and served as President of the Deliberative Council, with two terms completed. Previous roles include Membro do Conselho de Curadores at Fundação Roberto Marinho, Membro do Conselho do ISE at B3, and Coordinator at Vistage Brasil. Additionally, Sergio held leadership positions at Fundação Telefônica and Fundação Abrinq, demonstrating a commitment to social causes. Sergio holds a doctorate in Gestão de fundações empresariais from Faculdade de Economia e Administração da USP, a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, and a degree in Engenharia de Produção from USP.
