Mayan Grundland

Mayan Grundland is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IBI Investment House Ltd since March 2023, leading end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and candidate support. Prior experience includes serving as Recruitment Team Manager at Discount Bank from July 2021 to February 2023, where Mayan managed a team responsible for all recruitment activities, overseeing headcount tracking and recruitment needs assessment. Additionally, Mayan served as a Recruiter, developing a pool of qualified candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Mayan holds a degree from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed in October 2022.
