Roy Shavit

Roy Shavit is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as an Equity Research Analyst at IBI Investment House Ltd and as an Advisor at Investment Group Israel, both since October 2021. Additionally, Shavit is the Founder and CEO of The Investors Academy, an initiative launched during the Covid pandemic to educate new investors on market dynamics. Prior experience includes roles at IBI Capital Ltd as a Financial Reporting Account Manager and Trading and Asset Management responsibilities, along with a stint as a Teaching Assistant at Reichman University in Data Analysis and Behavioral Economics. Shavit's educational background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Reichman University, complemented by a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst designation from the Corporate Finance Institute. Prior military service included the position of Company Sergeant Major in the Israel Defense Forces.
