Emily Agoglia

Emily Agoglia is the Project Manager with IBIS Consulting Group. She brings experience in project and change management as well as continuous improvement. She has worked in a breadth of industries including event management, retail distribution, defense, and IT management.

Emily has always been an advocate for underserved groups. While living in Latin America, Emily volunteered as a translator for pediatric surgeons providing services for free to families in need. At her prior company, she helped found an employee resource group and develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. In any setting, she believes that the best way results come when those affected have a voice in decision-making.

Emily graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a major in Operations and Information Management. Her particular area of interest is in humanitarian logistics. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, in-line skater, and bunny mom.
