Farid Abdul Hamid is a graduate with an Honors Degree in Law from the National University of Singapore, Farid pursued a career in law enforcement as a Police Criminal Investigator and as a Deputy Public Prosecutor. However, while on assignment in Guyana, South America, he found his passion in diversity, equity, and inclusivity. He switched careers and has been designing and delivering DEI programs internationally over the past 18 years. He specializes in using experiential methodologies in facilitating unique, impactful DEI learning experiences.
