Jordan Ho

Jordan Ho has extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at IBISWorld since April 2009. Previous roles at IBISWorld include Head of Operations for Europe and various positions in research and production, culminating in a tenure as Global Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2018 to 2022. Before joining IBISWorld, Jordan worked as a Copy Editor for Us Weekly and Good Housekeeping magazines, as well as holding editing positions at iVillage.com and Glaucoma Today. Jordan holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College.
