Stacy Romero

Stacy Romero has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over several companies. Stacy is currently the Human Resources Director at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, a role they have held since September 2023. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same company from April 2022 to September 2023. Prior to joining the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, Stacy worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the company from November 2020 to May 2022.

Before their time at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, Stacy worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Stuart Pressure Control from February 2018 to November 2020. Stacy also has experience at Patrick Engineering, where they were the Benefit Lead & HR Business Partner from May 2006 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Stacy held the position of Payroll Administrator at The Four Season Hotel Chicago from May 2000 to May 2006. Stacy began their HR career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an HR Manager in May 1994, where they stayed until 2000.

Stacy Romero obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas, completing their education between 1989 to 1994.
