Allison Paul

Allison Paul is a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Strategy at IBM, having begun this role in 2024. They previously served as a Senior Trainer at The Posse Foundation from 2019 to 2021, where they launched a virtual program initiative and facilitated diversity and inclusion dialogues. Allison also worked at City Year as a Corps Member and Team Leader between 2014 and 2015, focusing on reducing the high school dropout rate through direct student support and leadership. They hold an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, completed in 2023, and have experience in education management and social justice advocacy.
