Anant Jhingran

Anant Jhingran currently serves as the CTO of IBM Software, having joined the company in February 2023. Prior to this role, Anant was the CEO of StepZen from January 2020 to April 2023, where StepZen focused on simplifying GraphQL API development. Anant has extensive experience in software and technology leadership, including previous positions as the CTO of Apigee at Google, where Anant emphasized software-driven ecosystems, and as an IBM Fellow overseeing data and analytics technology. Anant has a strong background in engineering and computer science, holding a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where Anant graduated with the highest GPA.
