Austin Baecker

Austin Baecker has a robust background in consulting with IBM, where experience spans from May 2017 to the present as a Managing Consultant in Customer Transformation, alongside previous roles as a Senior Consultant in Digital Strategy & Interactive Experience and a Consultant in Business Analytics & Strategy. Prior to this, Austin served as a Summit Intern at IBM Canada, managing a team and contributing to client proposals and business cases. Academic experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at Haskayne School of Business, facilitating tutorials and grading for various courses. Austin's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Process Management from Haskayne School of Business and a semester abroad at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Austin has experience as a Defenseman with the Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club.
