Ayush Zutshi

Ayush Zutshi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems development and management. Currently serving as a Peoplesoft Developer at IBM since June 2025, Zutshi previously held significant roles including Program Executive Office IPPS-A for the US Army from April 2014 to May 2025, and Upgrade Technical Team Lead at WMATA from January 2013 to March 2014. Prior experience includes IT Systems Contractor positions with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the US Army, as well as leadership roles at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, Spry Methods, Inc., and Iambic Parameter. Educational credentials include a BA in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University, supplemented by studies at The American University in Cairo and Cairo American College.
