Bill Rose

Bill Rose has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at IBM from January 1994 to January 2014 in various roles including Computer Chip Engineer, Senior Engineer in the ASIC Design Center, and Advisory Engineer in both the ASIC Design Center and MWave DSP Division. Bill Rose then joined Qualcomm in October 2014 as a Senior Staff Engineer, specializing as a Static Timing Analysis Engineer with expertise in timing closure for advanced technologies such as 14 nm, 10 nm, and 7 nm. Earlier, Bill Rose was an EDA Software Developer and Manager at Texas Instruments from January 1990 to January 1994, where responsibilities included developing EDA software for test areas and directing the implementation of automated testing software. Bill Rose holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
