Carmen Capkovic has extensive experience in management and operations within IBM, having held various leadership roles from October 2010 to August 2022. Initially serving as Education Manager for GBS Learning & Knowledge Europe, Carmen progressed to lead EMEA Event Management and subsequently Global Event Management in Enterprise Learning Operations. Carmen also held managerial positions in Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs, managing communications for IBM Slovakia and overseeing the GBS Learning & Knowledge Bratislava Centre.
