Charles Gonsalves

Charles Gonsalves has extensive experience in technical account management and business development, primarily with IBM from January 1993 to December 2024. In various leadership roles, including Delivery Leader for Data Platform Expert Essential Services and Practice Leader for RegTech professional services, Gonsalves orchestrated complex service offerings and managed teams to drive customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes managing a technical support team, providing both pre- and post-sales support, and developing partnerships with educational institutions. Gonsalves holds an MBA in International Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a BA in Management from Saint Mary's College of California.
