Dale Smith

Dale Smith brings over three decades of technology and leadership experience, including significant roles at IBM from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed Chief Technology Officer for Cloud and Emerging Technologies, Client Technical Leader, and High Value Payments Specialist. A dedicated volunteer, Dale served on the Board of the North American Flyball Association from 1997 to 2017, contributing as Vice Chairman and Treasurer. Earlier experience includes programming and systems operation at McQuay-Perfex, where Dale focused on enhancing manufacturing processes. Education was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
