Don Bemiss is a retired leader in Delivery and Support Services for Digital Business Automation, with a focus on Enterprise Content Management Solutions. They held various positions at FileNet from 1988 to 2000, including District Support and Delivery Manager and Technical Consultant Specialist, achieving PSP Certification in 2006. At IBM, from 2010 to 2019, Don served as ECM Regional Support Manager, providing leadership in Information Management services. They are currently enjoying retirement in Surprise, AZ. Don studied Computer Information Systems at Oakland University and earned an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Macomb Community College.
