Heather Putman

Heather Putman is an experienced professional in finance and supply chain transformation, currently serving as Associate Partner at IBM since December 2023. Prior positions include Army Liaison at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment and Director of EE PEG at the US Army. Heather has extensive experience in product management, having served as Product Director for the Army’s General Funds Enterprise Business System and Assistant Product Director at the National Reconnaissance Office. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, an MBA from George Mason University, and a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, Heather held multiple board positions at ImagiNation Learning Center and has a strong background in defense acquisition and technical leadership.
