He espossesses solid expertise in total building operations, particularly in Smart Buildings and Data Centers equipped with state-of-the-art technology. His skill set includes exceptional communication abilities, which he leverages to manage smart buildings and highly equipped facilities effectively. Recognized as an efficient professional, he specializes in transforming poorly maintained buildings into highly desirable properties in increasing their value.

Pursuing continuous professional development, he has completed an Executive Master's in Engineering Management, further enhancing my technical and management capabilities.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded operations for smart buildings, smart townships, high-rise buildings, and shopping malls. His role has encompassed overseeing all aspects of building management, including operations, maintenance and financial planning. He has been instrumental in assisting board management with day-to-day operational needs and ensuring the smooth running of facilities and projects.

As a leader, he directs and manages operational functions and costs, and assists the Finance Department in preparing annual operating budgets, ensures strict adherence to the current budget (Capex & Opex) for projects under the management.
