Jayashree Harsha has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and software testing. As a Lead QA Engineer at Cognizant from July 2004 to November 2014, Jayashree developed expertise in managing quality assurance processes. Subsequently, Jayashree transitioned to Franklin Apprenticeships from July 2021 to January 2022 as an IBM Z Pre-Apprenticeship Trainee, before taking on the role of QA/Test Developer at IBM in March 2022, where responsibilities continue. Jayashree holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Madras.
