Johnny Mora

Johnny Mora has extensive experience in escalations management and technical support across prominent technology companies. From September 2014 to December 2022, Johnny served as Escalations Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and currently holds the position of Storage Escalations Manager at IBM since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Johnny worked at HP as a Load Runner Support Engineer from January 2011 to September 2014 and was a Global Escalations Manager at Micro Focus from January 2018 to January 2023. Johnny began a career in data processing as a Data Process Supervisor at CustomerSpeak from February 2005 to December 2010. Johnny holds a degree from Universidad de Costa Rica.
