Kenji Ono began their career at Hokkaido Takushoku Bank in 1991, where they worked for seven years in branch loan management. In 2000, they graduated from Keio University with a Master's degree in Accounting and joined IBM, where they have engaged in various finance and operations roles since. Kenji has held positions including Manager of GBS Service Finance, CFO of ITS Services, and is currently the VP of Transformation & Operations.
