Kristyn Greenwood

Kristyn Greenwood is an experienced Design Program Manager for Data & AI at IBM since June 2019, focusing on Design Operations to enhance product delivery within the Data & AI design organization. Prior roles include Senior Design Manager at Ellie Mae, where Kristyn managed a cross-functional UX team, and UX Manager at Symantec, overseeing a team responsible for website security products. Kristyn co-founded and served as Co-President of the Bay Area Chapter of the UXPA, organizing workshops and events. Early in their career, Kristyn held various UX roles at Oracle Corporation, contributing to usability engineering and design across several product lines. Kristyn has also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hartnell College. Kristyn holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
