Melanie McGinnis

Melanie McGinnis is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Account Technical Leader and Software Client Architect at IBM since June 2021. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at Eddie Bauer from April 2004 to June 2020, including IT Group Manager for Technology & Architecture, where leadership was provided to the technical service team and alignment with business initiatives was ensured. Earlier in career, Melanie worked at Spiegel from October 1992 to April 2004 as an Information Technology Engineer, leading IT division level initiatives and providing extensive system support. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and furthered education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
