Michael Gal is the Team Lead of Web Security Research at IBM Security, where they continue to lead a team of security researchers to enhance product alert rates. With over 13 years of experience, Michael developed a strong interest in information security during their military service and has held various positions at renowned companies including Microsoft and IBM. They have contributed significantly to malware analysis and the creation of robust security measures throughout their career. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, Michael is a motivated self-learner who thrives on challenges and embodies a creative approach to problem-solving.
