Mike Clemons

Mike Clemons is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in consulting and technology solutions, currently serving as an Associate Partner at IBM since October 2025, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on consulting and cloud implementation services for Public Sector clients. Prior to IBM, Mike held the position of Vice President Oracle Public Sector West at AST LLC, overseeing sales of Oracle SaaS services in the Western United States. Additionally, Mike was the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Public Sector at Infor, and has held various sales roles at SAP Concur, Infor, AOC Solutions, and Oracle, demonstrating a consistent focus on enterprise solutions across multiple sectors including healthcare, higher education, and public sector.
