Nada Emad has a diverse professional background in customer service, reservations, and technical support. With experience as a Tour Operator at ETB Tours Egypt from November 2019 to April 2022, Nada also served as a Reservations Agent from October 2018 to June 2019. Currently, Nada is employed at IBM as Hardware Technical Support since June 2025, after working as a Sales Representative at Extratik from July 2024 to August 2025.
