Nazli Sengezer Dizdar

Nazli Sengezer Dizdar is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational transformation, currently serving as a Senior Managing Consultant in HR & Talent Transformation at IBM since July 2021. Previously, Nazli held roles at Scotiabank as a Change Manager, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and change impact analysis, and at Borusan Holding as the Change Management & Internal Communication Unit Manager, focusing on large-scale transformations and strategic organizational redesign. Prior experience includes positions at Turkcell, managing organizational development and process improvement for over 1200 employees, and earlier roles at IBM, where significant contributions were made as a Lean Coach on Lean Six Sigma initiatives and as a Senior Consultant for financial services projects. Nazli holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bilkent University and graduated from İzmir Fen Lisesi.
