Rahul Phatak has extensive experience in project management and knowledge management across prominent companies in the IT and consulting sectors. Beginning as a Project Analyst at Suzlon Energy Limited from December 2006 to September 2009, Rahul contributed to the IT Transformation Project focused on migrating legacy systems to SAP ECC. Subsequent work at Accenture as a Knowledge Management Specialist from March 2010 to September 2011 involved supporting the Global Consumer Goods & Service Industry through research and asset creation for sales teams. Rahul spent a decade at Capgemini from October 2011 to December 2021, where various SAP and non-SAP project implementations were delivered, along with overseeing multi-million dollar offshoredelivery management. Currently, Rahul serves as Project Manager and Product Custodian at IBM, leading Nestle's HR Talent Management practice encompassing multiple functions including onboarding and talent acquisition. Rahul holds a PGMP in Marketing/Marketing Management from MIT School of Business, obtained in 2006.
