Randall Sole

Randall Sole is a Service Design Lead at IBM with over a decade of experience in service and product design across various industries, including banking, energy, and public sectors. Previously, they worked as a researcher at Think for Actions, where they focused on human behavior to address sensitive social issues in Canada. Randall has also held positions as a Junior UX Designer at RallyEngine and as an Associate User Experience Designer at Critical Mass. They hold a Bachelor of Communication in Information Design from Mount Royal University and a Graphic Communications and Print Technology degree from SAIT.
