Regina Grattan

Regina Grattan is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Counsel in the Human Resources Law Group at IBM, where they provide trusted legal advice on a variety of employment matters. Prior to joining IBM in 2018, Regina held counsel positions at notable firms and companies, including Axiom, BD, and Seyfarth Shaw, where they focused on labor and employment law, antitrust issues, and compliance with affirmative action policies. They obtained a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany. Passionate about civil rights, LGBTQ+ issues, and animal welfare, Regina brings a wealth of experience to their legal practice.
