Sandy Forstner has extensive experience in human resources and compensation, beginning with roles at Pepsi Bottling Group from 1990 to 2006 as a Senior Compensation Analyst, and at PepsiCo from 1994 to 1999 as an HR Partner/Compensation Analyst and in Executive Compensation Design & Operations. At IBM, from 2011 to 2018, Sandy Forstner held several positions, including HR Business Development Executive and Transformation Leader for Global Talent Acquisition. Sandy is currently the Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Kyndryl since November 2021. Forstner holds an MBA in HR Management from Long Island University, completed between 1992 and 1995.
