Scott Ferrauiola

Scott F. is currently the VP, Assistant General Counsel at IBM since January 2020. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, Scott was an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, specializing in Corporate practice areas such as M&A, securities, and lending transactions. Scott received their J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 1991, and their B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Binghamton University in 1987.
