Steve Kim

Steve Kim is the Head of Design at IBM, where they lead design for the AI agent and digital labor platforms. Currently, Steve serves as an Adjunct Professor at NC State College of Design and has previously held roles such as Design Director for AIOps & Management and Studio Director at IBM. With a background in design, engineering, and business, Steve has fostered innovative design strategies and community building throughout their career. They hold an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. In their spare time, Steve enjoys attending sci-fi conventions and exploring downtown Raleigh with their dog, Leo.
