Taylor Brown is an Executive Senior Counsel and the US Federal Practice Lead at IBM, specializing in federal contracting and business operations. Prior to this role, Taylor served as Assistant General Counsel at PAE, where they ensured compliance with legal regulations and managed a $700M line of business. Taylor has also held positions as Partner & General Counsel at Auryn LLP and Senior Investigator at USIS. Educated at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, Taylor is a member of the Virginia State Bar and possesses a diverse background in international business and investigations.
