Varun Agrawal

Varun Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in test management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Delivery Leader at IBM Canada Ltd. since November 2016. With a history of leadership roles, including Program Test Manager and Service Delivery Manager, Varun oversees a diverse QA/Test team and has successfully managed the test lifecycle of various projects. Varun's expertise extends to designing and optimizing testing methodologies, implementing automation solutions, and managing defect resolution processes. Prior roles at IBM and Harbinger Systems have further reinforced Varun's skill set in end-to-end testing strategies and team coordination.
