Judith van Rosmalen-Verlaar has extensive experience in HR and verzuim management roles, with a background in health sciences. Judith has worked at IBN and Capability, focusing on reducing absenteeism and facilitating the reintegration of individuals with barriers to employment. Judith holds a Master's degree in Health Sciences with a specialization in Occupational Health and has also completed additional training in Lean Six Sigma.
