Ericka Silva

Ericka Baker is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and user acquisition strategies. Currently serving as a Marketing Operations Manager at Ibotta, Inc. since November 2018, Ericka has successfully led various marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention. Previous roles at Ibotta include Associate Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Associate, where Ericka optimized campaign performance and implemented standardized processes. Prior to Ibotta, Ericka held positions at Frozen Fire and AllClear ID, managing website projects, paid marketing campaigns, and customer support.
