Lauren Camacho has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, operations, and management. Currently serving as a Vendor Success Manager at Ibotta, Inc., Lauren has also held positions in Retail Campaign Operations and Customer Care supervision within the company. As the owner of Rainbow Yeti Shaved Ice since July 2020, Lauren demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Sweet Cow Ice Cream and Pastry Chef at Shooting Star Jackson Hole. Lauren holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2008 and 2010.
